186 projects organized across 17 catalog families on /apps — Android, iOS, web, CLI, QA, plugins, macOS, desktop companions, Rust, AI, security, and signage. The catalog is the source of truth for what's shipped, what's in development, and what's still iterating.

Shipping Android apps

1 app live on Google Play (MyFamilyTracker), 21 more in development with public source. Current focus: stability, performance, and hitting Play Store quality benchmarks before each rollout.

Claude Code plugin fleet

5 plugins live on the Claude Code registry — DroidForge (Android release automation), KotlinSense (LSP-aware AI coding), PlayCraft (Play Store publishing), PrivacyPilot (privacy policy generation), RepoMem (persistent agent memory). All maintained alongside the apps that drove their creation.

Rust + Security work

6 Rust CLIs for signage QA and security log analysis; 21 defensive cybersecurity labs in Python (detection engineering, beaconing detection, brute-force detection, SOC simulation). All under /apps/rustprojects and /apps/securityprojects.

Signage + AI tooling

39 AI projects and 7 signage QA projects on /apps — readability checkers, iframe diagnostics, log investigators, screenshot diff engines, deployment checklists, and brand compliance reviewers. Built from the QA + signage cross-platform validation track.

Automated blog system

GitHub Actions pipeline that generates, reviews, and publishes Android/Kotlin blog posts on a schedule. Claude drafts, editorial gate validates, Telegram notifies.

Iterating on sudarshantechlabs.com — 340+ PRs shipped across the apps catalog system, JSON-LD structured data, OG images, WebP pipeline, accessibility pass, the cross-catalog grouping on /apps, and the multi-domain portfolio reframe. It doubles as a live testbed for web patterns used across projects.
