Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, desktop applications, mobile applications, AI tools, automation software, developer tools, and other digital products (collectively, the “Products”) provided by SudarshanTechLabs (“SudarshanTechLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Products or make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly at support@sudarshantechlabs.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Licenses and Purchases

Products may be offered as one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, or lifetime licenses. Unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any product-specific license terms.

A “lifetime license” means a license for the supported lifetime of the specific Product or major version to which it applies; it does not guarantee perpetual updates, infrastructure, or support beyond what is reasonably commercially viable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. Pricing, features, and availability may change over time.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge the applicable fees, including recurring fees for subscriptions. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase except taxes based on our net income. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until the amount due is paid. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals, as described in our Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your own data and configurations;
• Ensuring the Products are suitable for your intended use before relying on them;
• Complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Products;
• Securing the devices, accounts, and networks you use to access the Products; and
• Any content, code, or data you create, upload, or process using the Products.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Products except as expressly permitted;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products except to the extent permitted by law;
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with licensing, security, or usage-control mechanisms;
• Use the Products to build a competing product or to scrape, mirror, or harvest content;
• Use the Products for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity, including distributing malware or violating others’ rights;
• Overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems; or
• Misrepresent your affiliation with SudarshanTechLabs.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Products, including all software, source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by SudarshanTechLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred to you. The SudarshanTechLabs name and marks may not be used without prior written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Where a Product or component is provided under a separate open-source or third-party license, that license governs your use of that component to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Products may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, and stores (including app marketplaces, payment processors, and cloud providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers and No Warranty

The Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudarshanTechLabs and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Products will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the applicable Product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars (US$50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SudarshanTechLabs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or license, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity or security of the Products. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using and, where applicable, delete the Products. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Refunds

Purchases of digital Products are subject to our Refund Policy, available at /refunds, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SudarshanTechLabs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@sudarshantechlabs.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our place of operation, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
