Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital products sold by SudarshanTechLabs (“SudarshanTechLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including desktop applications, mobile applications, AI tools, automation software, developer tools, premium features, and other digital products and services (collectively, the “Products”). Because the Products are delivered digitally, the terms below are tailored to software and digital goods. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase. Eligible requests made within this window will be refunded to the original payment method. After fourteen (14) days have passed, purchases are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already charged for the current or prior periods. If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of the initial subscription purchase, you may request a refund of that initial charge under Section 1. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has begun, except where required by law.
3. Lifetime and One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases and lifetime licenses are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window described in Section 1, subject to the exclusions below. Once refunded, the associated license is revoked and you must stop using and remove the Product.
4. Products Already Consumed
Because the Products are digital, refunds may be denied where a Product or digital service has already been substantially consumed, downloaded, activated, or used in a way that delivers its core value. This includes one-time or usage-based digital services that have been fully or materially delivered, and license keys that have been redeemed and used beyond evaluation.
5. Abuse, Fraud, and Excessive Requests
We may decline a refund and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that a request involves fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, circumvention of licensing controls, or other violations of our Terms of Service. We may also decline refunds in cases of excessive or repeated refund requests, including a pattern of purchasing and refunding the same or similar Products.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@sudarshantechlabs.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include your order or receipt number, the Product name, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the request. Providing this information helps us process your request quickly.
7. Processing and Timing
We aim to review refund requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear depends on your payment provider or platform store and is outside our control. Purchases made through a third-party app store or marketplace may be subject to that store’s own refund process and policies, which may differ from this Policy.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where such laws grant you stronger refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
